Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our study guides contain proprietary information and specialized content that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we cannot verify that the content has not been used, saved, or shared.

3. Product Access and Technical Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties or have not received your purchase, please contact us immediately at mike@psychmike.org. We are committed to ensuring you receive the materials you paid for and will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.

4. Chargebacks

By purchasing from Fifth Shift LLC, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We maintain records of all downloads and access logs to verify delivery of our products.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the extremely rare event of a duplicate purchase (buying the exact same guide twice in error), please contact us within 24–48 hours with your order numbers, and we will review your request for a credit or refund for the duplicate transaction only.
